New System Build ('class not registered' error)
By Nabil Bennouna
Feb 6, 2007, 11:38

Many clients have been dowloading the new system build and getting a 'class not registered' error.  The problem is that the new system build was designed to be implemented without removing the current version of 2006 from the system.  Therefore, if you are a new user dowloading Munex for the first time, you must first dowload the '2006 backup' file.  Once you have run through the installation process for this file, install the new system build while 2006 is already on your system.  This should get you up and running in no time!
